Despatches from the House of Commons

1000 GMT, TUESDAY 23 MAY

Tory MPs are demanding a public apology from the Labour Party after it
emerged members, including ministers, took part in an auction for a copy of
the Hutton report into the death of Dr David Kelly which was autographed by
Cherie Blair.

According to a Commons motion tabled by Peterboroughs Stewart Jackson, the
event took place at the Arts Club in Mayfair last week and raised Ł400 for
party coffers.

The motion says the event was in appalling bad taste, arrogant and crassly
insensitive in seeking to make money, albeit indirectly, through hawking, as
a novelty item, an official Government report into the death of a public
servant.

It regrets the distress caused to the family and friends of the late Dr
Kelly; and calls on the Labour Party to apologise for such tasteless and
offensive conduct and to donate the money raised to an appropriate charity.

Subject: Labours Transport Failure

Yet another stunning new labour failure

Poverty rate rose under Labour Relative poverty in the UK may have risen
since 1997, rather than fallen, says the Institute for Fiscal Studies.

The usual measure is the proportion of households whose income is less than
60% of the median household income.

That suggests that the poverty rate fell from 25% to 22% of households
between 1996/97 and 2002/03.

But the IFS says that if household spending is measured instead, then over
the same period of time the poverty rate rose from 20% to 22%.

Using spending as a measure, the IFS also finds that the poverty rate among
children increased

Migrants wrongly get tax credits Thousands of immigrants have received tax
credits they were not entitled to, BBC News has learned.

Officials decided they did not need to prove they were eligible. All they
needed to make a claim was a national insurance (NI) number.

But on 1 June it emerged that thousands of workers suspected of being
illegal immigrants were given NI numbers.

UK budget deficit hits new record The UK has posted a record budget deficit
for the public sector in May.

The May current deficit was Ł8.7bn, Ł1bn higher than a year ago, the Office
for National Statistics (ONS) said.

June 20th, New Labours much vaunted NHS computer system is now 2 years late
and instead of the 2 billion cost forecast by the Blairites its actually now
passing 12 billion and rising, at least they are consistent with their
screwing up and over expenditure on the passport system and air traffic
control system with the ID card system set to follow suite

The Labour govts desperate attempts to make the CSA work for the benefits
of the parents and children has failed again ( nothing new there for labour
then) when the CSA systems just about collapsed just over a year ago , the
morons of New labour said they could fix it ( like the NHS by pouring money
into it) They gave the CSA another 539 million pounds which apart from
creating even more civil service jobs has not helped the needy parents at
all. Yup 539 million pound with no improvement in service. BBC and Sky news

July 06 Labour govt does U turn on forced amalgamations of police forces,
even though only 2 weeks prior they insisted there would never be a U turn.

July 06 Labour now says ID card scheme may be downgraded but the costs stay
the same.

July 06 John Prescott formally rebuked for his relationship with a rich
american businessman who was tendering for contracts with the UK govt.

July 06 the Home Sec admitted that it had grossly underestimated the amount
of illegal immigrants and asylum seekers remaining in the UK, Estimates now
exceed 480,000 where as New labour only a few short weeks ago insisted it
was less than 200,000

July 06 new labour does yet another 180 degree turn this time on the
compulsory house buyers information and survey package.

August 06 After New labour and its supporters accused anyone who expressed
concerns about unchecked mass migrations from the Baltic states as
unfounded, racists, and untrue. Stating that no more than 15,000 Poles,
Latvians etc would come to the UK. It was announced today that 600,000 had
arrived in one year with 40,000 Poles arriving in the last 3 months causing
a huge over burden and strain on public services.

Aug 2006 New Labour scrap a computer system as unworkable, for paying
benefits out after wasting Ł150 million pounds on the system.

The asset recovery unit set up by blair in 2003to sieze the assets of
criminals, Ł60 million to set up , Ł8 Million recovered, what a joke they
are.

Sept 19 2006

After New Labour spent 50 million pounds on an anti truancy campaign it was
revealed today that truancy numbers had risen by 40% to over 50,000 children
a day staying away from school illegally.

9 November Sky News

It was announced today that the British armed forces moral was at an all
time low with over 10,000 troops leaving the services each year, poor kit,
bad wages, fear of prosecution, and over deployment were all cited as
reasons for this. It was also announced that the National audit office
says the forces are grossly over commited and very understaffed and
resourced.

NHS care left to student nurses

By Nick Triggle
BBC News, health reporter

own with patients, a study has claimed.

half had been left unattended with patients without warning.

Rate hike fear as inflation jumps

The Bank of England has told the chancellor it is determined to bring
inflation back to its 2% target after the measure jumped to 3.1% in March.

April 07

New labours much vaunted 12 Billion pound NHS computer system upgrade has
proven to be an unmitigated disaster.

19 apr 07

Patients have not seen any improvement in the care they get under the new
consultant contract, a watchdog says.

The National Audit Office said despite pay rising by 27% to Ł110,000,
doctors were not providing more flexible care or spending more time with
patients.

Over the first three years of the contract, as well as seeing the jump in
pay - which does not take into account private earnings - specialist doctors
also saw their hours cut.

April 07

After assuring the public that changes in EU migration policy would mean
only 15,000 eastern European migrants would come to the UK, the actual
number exceeds 650,000 migrants which is causing much racial disharmony inb
many areas.

On a similar vein it was revealed this month that due to unchecked migration
that schools in many constituancys have seen the number of children whos
first language is not English has risen from 5 to 20% in three years.

Tony Blair and co promised to spend Ł750 million pounds into community
sports schemes, 7 years later they have spent only 8 million pounds, they
also promised to protect school fields from development, since then they
have sold off over 1000 more

21 Apr

Tony Blair has refused to allow a referendum on a proposed new EU
constitution, The original was voted out by other EU nations but socialists
in France, Britain and Germany want to simply alter the wording but not the
content of the proposal and pass it as law without asking the people.

Immigration has quadrupled under New labour since April 2004 with most of
its number coming from Eastern Europe, In 2005 alone over 600,000
arrived.( Blair said it would be no more that 15000.

Because New labours open bias towards Scotland the moderate Royal college of
Nursing has now voted for strike action to counter the discrimination faced
by English and welsh nurses, In Scotland the nurses got a 2.5 % wage rise
but the English and welsh got only 1.9 and that was staged as well.

But the BNP is not a terrorist organistion, nor has it ever been charge with
such, not even implied by anyone except foolish you. Please provide us with
whatever evidence you care to that shows the BNP are a terrorist group, The
IRA are/ were terrorists and Tony Blair dealt with them by making their
leaders MPS, and freeing convicted murderers after srerving only 18 months
in prison. the UAF/ANL attack polling stations in West Yorkshire in the last
elections, they are terrorists.
The BNP is an open political partry with a clear agenda and manifesto, It is
openly prepared to face up to public scrutiny at the ballot box, the
ANL/UAF/SWP are not, they prefer to try and disrupt the free elections,
Please go back to school and learn something about the real world, your
naeivity makes it look like you have studied politics at warwick uni home of
the nations idiots.
