This logo probably took half an hour to scribble. How can it possibly
be worth more than 50 quid? WHoever created it must be laughing till
he wets his pants.

Why then is not some of this prestige sold on?

Can anyone imagine the professional and commercial kudos to be gained
from being the named designer of the 2012 Olympic logo. This
expensively bought prestige has not been merely given away someone has
been paid to take it.

If the design was to be undertaken by a professional design company
then any payment should have been in the reverse direction.

If the right to design was to be given away then surely it would have
been fair and proper to give everyone which would include amateur
designers or those setting up in the business opportunity to compete.

Theres no good reason why the Olympic logo should have cost us
anything.
