Mums in her third day of broadband outage in W13/Perivale. Its a
BT/Yahoo or whatever they are branded as this week and she was told by
one of several monkeys of a connection being refused at the exchange
and two days to fix. This implies some sort of botched
misconfiguration rolled out for the new year.

Anybody else in this area (know of anybody) having similar trouble ?
