On the top of my billet in Cal, (The Old Armenian College in Kyd
street, - which overlooked Free School Street,- now named Mirza Galib
Street), some Brit. other ranks used to watch across and down through
the open windows of the Sporting Houses in Free School Street, where the
black yanks cavorted, - in full view, - with the servants employed
there.
All brothels were , - of course O.O.B to Brit troops.
It didnt stop a few of them occasionally catching a blob, though.
